The " Daily Mail" says though thero has been a substantial set-back to Home Government securities, the relapse of colonial stocks has been comparatively small, some remaining at top prices. This is not only a tribute to the steadiness of the colonial market, but an indication that however much speculation has figured in consequence of the cheap money boom there is a good deal of solid investment.
