A RESIGNATION.
[From Our Correspondent.] DUNEDIN, February 25.
Dr Fulton, one of the most valued members of the Drainage Board, sprang a surprise on the Board at last night's meeting, when ho tendered his resignation.
He announced that he had taken the step as a protest against the apathy shown at last week s election, when only fifteen hundred votes were cast out of a thirty thousand roll.
