MORGAN.—February 25, at "Parkgwyn," Tai Tapu, Lumley Morgan; in his eightysecond year; ' SMlTH.—February 25, at his late residence, corner of Tancred and Cass Streets, Ashburton, James, beloved husband of Mary Ann Smith; aged fifty-eight years. Private interment. sTALKEß.—February 28, at his late residence, Beach Road, Woodend, Josoph Stalker; in his seventieth year.
