THE HALL OWNERSHIP qUESTION. [Pxr Press Association.] . WAIHI, February 25. The goldfields Warden, Mr Rwrgess, S.M., gave his decision to-day in the Miners' Hall case in which the old Federation Union claimed £SOO damages and possession of the hall from ■the Arbitration Union. The Warden decided in favour of the old Union and ordered immediate possession and £SO damages, with ordinary, costs.
