The motion was not seconded. Mr Horrell ' moved:—" That this executive believes every effort is made to- place before intending immigrants : the. true state: of affairs pertaining to farm life in'" New Zealand. Should Mr Moisey think, otherwise'- he should give the executive specific cases." ' ''.; 'The motion was carried.
