A T a Meeting of the Committee of the above was decided that it was desirable to alter and amend certain of the Society's roles as nnder. and a special meeting ot members will be held for that purpose at the Society's Office, Canterbury street, Lyttelton, on Friday, 13th January, 1883, at 7.30 p.m. The following are the alterations proposed : Bale 5, Clause 3.—To strike out all words after " with interest," and insert "at snch rates as the Committee may from time to time determine." down to and including "per centum per annum, and to insert "so eoon as the subscription of five shillings per share upon each share, together with interest and bonus (if any)."
