James Finney, a wealthy farmer near Wallace, Mo., U.S., was assassinated on Oct. 21, while sitting at the supper table with his wife, and died in five minutes. Eleven buckshot were found in the back of hii head, and one lodged in the shoulder of Mrs Finney, who had a babe in her arms. There is no eluir--to the murderer.
