The Bench remanded the prisone-s till Friday, Jan. 6, bail being allowed each prisoner in £SO and two sureties of £25. Neglected Children.—William James, Charles Edwin, and Walter John Cross, children aged respectively sis, four and two years, were accused of being neglected children within the meaning of “ The Neglected and Criminal Children’s Act, 1867.” The accused were the children of the prisoners in the last case, and the Bench considered it advisable to remand them also to Friday next.
