LYTTELTON LINE.—The ordinary time-table will be suspended, and trams will run as follows Christchurch to Lyttelton, at 8.55 a.m., 7.30 a.m., 8,5 a.m., 9.5 a.m., and at short intervals from 10 a.m. nntil 2.40 p.m., and at short intervals from 4 p.m. until 8.10 p.m. Prom Lyttelton, st 6.50 a.m., 7.30 a.m., 8.35 a.m., and 9.35 a.m., and at short intervale from 10.30 iam. nntil 2 p.m., and from 3,25 p.m. until 8.40 p.m. A late train will also ran, leaving Christchurch for Lyttelton at 11.15 p.m„ and returning at 11.45 pjn. On other lines ordinary passenger trains will ran at usual times, with the following exceptions: —The evening trains from Christchurch to South* bridge, Ashburton, and Amberley will leave at SB p.m., 5.30 p.m., and 5.50 p.m. respectively. The evening trains from Timsru to Albury, Oamarn and Ashburton, and Albury to Timara, win leave at 5 p.m., 5.15 p.m., 5.30 p.m., and 7.31 p.m. respectively. The evening train, Oamarn to Timarn. wiR leave at 5.10 p.m. The Waimate branch train will leave Waimate at 6.30 p.m., and return from Stndholme Jnnctien at 7.6 p.th., iustead of at the usual times. The evening train?. Bolleeton te Springfield, Darfield to Whiteoliffa, and Bakaia to Methvea, will each start 55 a mutes later than nsual. There will be morning and evening trains ontheßsngiorsOxford branch (Instead of t he mid-day train) at the nsual times, except that the evening train, Eangiora to Oxford, wilt not leave until 7.15 p.mThe morning trains <-m the Kaiapoi • Oxford branch will run same as on Saturdays. The train due to leave Oxford for Kaiapoi at 3.30 pan. and te return at 5.55 p.m., will leave Oxford at 4.30 p.m and retnm at 6.45 p.m. JANUARY 3. 1892. On tie 3rd January the evening train. Oamarn to Timsrn, will not leave until 5.10 pm. The Waimate branch train will make an extra trip to meet the train from Oamarn. Li each rase the trains which start later than usual will be correspondingly later than usual at each station to destination. No Goods Traffic on January 2nd. PARES—CH BISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS. All ordinary single fare tickets issued on 23rd December, or oa any day up to and including 3rd January, will be available for return up to tad including 7th January.
