Hilda and the Poet were sent twice round, the latter leading, Hilda being hard held well behind, and pulling np on her companion at the finish. Badowortb was treated to walking exercise and left early, ae else did Maid of Honour, Tim Whiffler and Lady. Bob Thorpe had Poramena out, but subsequently mounted Loneband, while Williams, the Australian, was put m ftmmtm. The big grey went round at a cantor and was joined at the top of the straight by Parameoa, when the pair went once round at a slashing pace. King Quail walked aad retired early. Clarence, stripped, did a feet gallop twice round, moving splendidly. Invy did once round at a fair me*. DayhadkLri, Moonstone, fngDon. Thkapnaa Maid end Bewi out. Bern and Moonstone bad a good two-mils breather, the jotter having the nest of it* King Don and Spurn llrid went twine round, both moving well, but King Don especially went grandly.
