[Rmraiß’s Telxobams.] DESTRUCTIVE STORM. LONDON, Dec. 20. A very severe storm continues to prevail over the greeter part of England. The gale has been blowing for the past two days, and has caused farther serious destruction in many places. THE ARCTIC YACHT JEANETTE NEW YORK, Dec. 20. Intelligence has been received here regarding the Arctic exploring vessel Jeanette. The news to hand is to the effect that she was crashed by ice in Jane last, and was abandoned, her officers and crew taking to the boats. One boatload were rescued by natives on the Siberian coast, and were forwarded on to Irkutsk, in Siberia. Another boat reached the mouth of the Trf-na, and its crew were suffering fearfully. The other boat is missing, and it is feared that all who were on board have perished.

TURKISH BONDS. CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 20. The Soltaa baa issued an irade, the settlement arrived at between the Turkish Commission and the bondholders* delegates, regarding the payment of the Ottoman debt. COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE. LONDON, Dec. 20, Consols hare farther declined to-day to 995. Colonial breadstuff# are without quotable change. New Zealand ascnritiea are as follows; —The 5 per cent 10-40 loan has declined to 104; the 5 per cent 1889 loan is nnchanged at 104 and 104}; the 1879-1904 loan is at 1011. Best Scotch pig iron. No. 1, 10. b., in the Clyde, has declined to 635.
