Sin,—Now that those sport* are earning round again, I trust it will not bo out of place to ask tbs owners of dogs (and children) to look after thorn more than has been done in past years. Bath the above are highly dan* porous to bicyclists when they insist in getting in front of the wheels, and as there were several severe falls at the Dunedin races and at the last races hero through these onuses, I trust the matter will not be overlooked.—l am, &0., A BICYCLIST.
