THE WEST COAST RAILWAY.

We understand that Messrs J. Inelis and J. Beaumont, merchants, and Hugh M'llraitb, have accepted the nomination of the Chamber of Commerce to visit the West Coast, and report upon the commercial worth of this enterprise. They start for Groymoutb by Friday's coach, in company of Mr Thornton. Mr Whitefoord, E.M., inyited to go, was compelled to refuse.
