KAIAPOI. ~ ; IMPORTANT SALE OF HOUSES & LAND '■ PRELIMINARY NOTICE. MR. WYLDE has received instructions f rom Mr. Everest, to dispose of the whole of hi s property in Kaiapoi, by public auction, on MONDAY, JANUARY 30. This valuable property consists of several neetions of land in different parts of the town, and three excellent dwelling houses, one of which has been built for an hotel. Further particulars will be given in future advertisements. Kaiapoi, Jan. 12,1860. KAIAPOI CHURCH. MR. WYLDE having received instructions from the Standing Commission of the Diocesan Synod to dispose of the materials of the Church at Kaiapoi, begs to announce that he will offer ; the same for sale by public auction, at tbe Assembly Rooms, on MONDAY, JANUARY 23. Nearly the whole of the timber in the above building, with the exception of the boarding, is of black pine, and is in a thoroughly sound condition. There is also a large quantity of well seasoned, wrought boarding in the roof and floor. The terms of payment, unless otherwise arranged with the auctioneer, previous to the sale, will be ten per cent cash on the fall of the hammer', and the remainder within one week. The purchaser will be required to remove the materials from the ground within three months from the day of sale. All further information, aud every facility of inspection will be given by the auctioneer, on application to him at his office in Kaiapoi. Sale at 12 o'clock punctually.
