Ellson ■±y Brown has been appointed Collector of Immigrants' Bills; and Immigrants indebted to the Government are hereby informed that no intimation of the dates on which their respective bills fall due can be sent to them individually, but that legal measures will be adopted for the recovery with costs of such bills when overdue.
