WYLDE having received instructions from the Standing Commission of the Diocesan Synod to dispose of the materials of the Church at Kaiapoi, begs to announce that he will offer the same for sale by public auction, at the Assembly Rooms, on ' ' MONDAY, JANUARY 23. Nearly the whole of the timber in the above building, with the exception of the boarding, is of black pine, and is in a,thoroughly sound condition. The terms of payment, unless otherwise arranged with the auctioneer, previous to the sale, will be ten per cent cash on the fall of the hammer, and the remainder within one week. The purchaser will be required to remove the materials from the ground within three months from the day of sale.
