TO BE LET IN 2, 3, OR 4 ALLOTMENTS, FOR a term of years, not exceeding 14, from January, 1860, the 50 acre section No. 226, and situated at Dyer's Bay, 7 miles from Christchurch, and 5 from port. The features of the above may be summarised as follows:—Frontage on the Dyer's Bay and Governor's Bay roads, exceeding 120 chains, with 12 chains to the beach and Government Jetty which is about to be erected. Situation pleasant and healthy, with an abundance of running water. Firewood obtainable within three-quarters of a mile, and an outlet of considerable extent for graz- ' ing cattle over the two Raupakes, at a nominal charge. This section, from having a creek running through its entire length, would advantageously make two distinct farms.
