After calling several witnesses, the prisoner was convicted of the assault, and sentenced to be imprisoned with hard labour for two months, and at the end of that time ordered to find sureties for his keeping the peace for 12 months, himself in £100, and two sureties in £50 each. ASSAULT. Francis Fuller was brought-up, charged with an assault upon John Fuller. ; Convicted, and ordered to find sureties of the peace for 12 months, himself in £100 and two sureties in £50 each, and to pay the costs. An action brought by Francis Fuller, against John for a similar offence was dismissed with costs.
