B. Johnstone, Solicitor, Christchurch, and was also duly executed by the said Edwaid Recce and William Stringer respectively on the day of the date thereof. -' NOTICE is therefore hereby given that the said Dped of assignment now lies at my office for the ' inspection and execution of the creditors of the said James Fiancis M'Cardell; and such of them a fs' shall neglect or refuse to execute the same within two months from the date thereof will be excluded fiom all benefit which may arise therefrom.
