ESTATE OF JAMES FRANCIS M'CARDELL. -\TOTICE is hereby given that, by a Deed _[_N dated the ninth day of July instant, James Francis M'Cardell of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, Bookseller and Stationer, assigned all his leasehold and personal estate and effects whatsoever and whensoever unto Edward. Recce and William Stringer, both of Christchurch, aforesaid, in trust for the benefit of the creditors of the said James Francis M'Cardell, who should execute the same, and that the said Deed was duly executed by the said James Francis M'Cardell in the presence of and attested by Harry Bell Johnstone, of Cashel Street, in the said city of Christchurch, Solicitor, and Charles Edward - Phillips, Articled Clerk to H. B. Johnstone, Solicitor, Christchurch, and was also duly'executed by the said Edward Recce and William Stringer respectively on the-day of the date thereof. NOTICE is therefore hereby given that the said Deed of assignment now lies at^my office for the inspection and execution of the creditors of the said James Francis M'Cardell; and such of them as shall ne«lect-or refuse to execute the same within two months from the date thereof will be excluded from all benefit which may arise therefrom.
