ESTATE OF FRANK SLEE, l TVTOTICE is hereby .given, that by a deed dated !-L the 13th day of June, instant, Frank Slee, 1 of the City of Christchurch, in the" Province of Canterbury, Butcher, assigned all his personal estate and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever as therein is mentioned, unto Richard Westenra and i Alfred Charles Barker, both of Christchurch aforesaid, Esquires, in trust, for the benefit of the creditors of the said Frank Slee, who should execute the same: and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Frank Slee on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of and attested by Charles William Wyatt, of the Market Place, in the said City of Christchurch, Solicitor; and was -also duly -executed by the said Richard Westenra and Alfred Charles Barker respectively, on' the day of the date thereof, in the presence of- and attested by Thomas Hichens. the younger, Clerk to the said Charles William Wyatt, And -notice is hereby also given, that the said deed will lie at the office of the said Charles William Wyatt, for execution by the creditors of the said Frank Slee, unlil the 13tb day of August next ensuing; and all persons indebted to or having claims against the said Frank Slee, are requested to pay such debts, or send particulars of their claims to the said Charles William Wyatt.
