WHEREAS Pierre Darmandaritz, of the Town of Havre, in France, master of the whaling ship General d'Hautpool, by virtue of a purchase from Isaac Due, the holder of a land order from the Nnuto Bordelaise Company, has claimed and requires a Crown grant of a certain portion of land situate in the town of Akaroa, —bounded on the north and south by two parallel lines, each 300 metres in length, separating the said block from lands granted by the Nanto Bordelaisa Company to Messrs. Cebort and Michel, and on the east arid west by two other parallel lines each 30 metres in length, and measuring 9000 square metres.. Notice is hereby given that I will hear the above mentioned claim on TUESDAY, the. 28th day o JUNE, at the Land Office, Christchurch, at which time and place all persons having counter claims must attend and produce their evidence of. the same.
