And a license will b8 granted to rat timber on the Government Reserve in Talbot Forest, for the house yards, and fencing and firewood, for the first three years, free of charge. The Superintendent will grant a conditional license, free of charge, for the year ending 30th June, 1860, after which time application for its renewal must be made to the bench of Magistrates in accordance with the Public House Ordinance. Any further information may be obtained at this Office. _ Applications must be sent in within two month* from this date, and be accompanied by testimonials of the fitness of applicants. And a license will be^ granted to cut timber on the Government Reserve in the Waimatamata Bush, for the house, yards, artd fencing and firewood, for the first three years, free of charge. The Superintendent- will grant a conditional license free of charge for the year ending 30th June, 1860, after which time application for its renewal . must be made to the Bench of Magistrates, in accordance with the Public House Ordinance.
