THE Proprietors of, the "Lyttelton Times" | would remind the, Public: that during the time when the post offered no facilities for delivering the papir to subscribers in outlying districts of the province, they maintained the j delivery by express and otherwise at considerable expense, part of which expense is now rendered unnecessary by tho extension of postal service throughout the Province and the remission of postage upon newspapers. By these means the "Lyttelton Times" has obtained a peculiarly extensive circulation in every district of the Province, not only in the towns and thickly populated rieighbourhoodß but also in the remoter districts, thug offering to Advertisers tha best possible- medium- for attracting the attention of the whole population of the Province to their advertis^irients.
