TO ADVERTISERS. rpilE Proprietors of the "Lyttelton Times" -L would remind the Public that during the time when the post offered no' facilities for delivering the papar to subscribers in outlying districts of the province, they maintained the delivery by express and otherwise at considerable, expense, part of which expense is now rendered unnecessary by the extension of postal service throughout the Province and the remission of postage upon newspapers. By these means the "Lyttelton Times" has obtained a peculiarly extensive circulation in every district of the Province, not only in the towns and thickly populated neighbourhoods but also in the remoter districts, thus offering to Advertisers the best possible, medium for attracting the attention of the_ whole population of the Province to their advertisements. . . i In order to facilitate the communication- of advertisers on the plains with this office, the Proprietors of the 'Lyttelton Times" Have established an agency office in Cnristchureh, and have arranged for the accurate and punctual transaction of all business there, connected with the advertising and printing departments of this establishment. Copies of the paper will be obtainable at the Agency Office on the days of publication, but subscribers from the suburbs and outlying districts who are in the habit of obtaining their papers at Mr. B. W. Mountfort's can have them leftthere as usual to be called for. An express will leave the Agency. Office in Christchurch every Tuesday and Friday evening at 2 o'clock, by advertisements can t>e despatched in time for publication in the " Lyttelton Times" of the ensuing, morning.
