TO ADVERTISERST HHHE Proprietors of the " Lyttelton times" f- would remind the Public that during the time when the post offered no facilities for, delivering the pap*r to subscribers in outlying districts of the province, they maintained the delivery by express and otherwise it considerable expense, part of which expense is now rendered unnecessary by the extension of postal service throughout the Province and the remission, of postage upon newspapers. By these means the-" Lyttelton Times" has obtained a peculiarly extensive circulation in every district of the Province, not only in the towns and thickly populated neighbourhoods but also in the remoter districts,- thus offering to Advertisers the best possible medium for attracting .the attention of the whole population of the Province to their advertisements.
