PARKINSON is instructed to postpone, the sale of Mr. Rowley's rams to MONDAY, thb 15th MARCH, 1859. After which he will-submit to auction _ All that well known and most valuable run, situated on the Waimakariri, as now occupied by" Mr. Rowley. improvements consist of good; ; dwelling house, woolshed, yards, huts, &c. The run, consisting of 15,000 acres, is too well known s to need comment, being within eighteen miles of Christchurch, and possessing peculiar advantages for a w-ether run.
