Tbe building is to be of wood, on a stone foundation, .to accommodate 300 persons, and to be erected at a cost not exceeding £1200, including all fittings, sittings, architect's commission and premium. ■ A premium of 20 guineas will be given for the design approved and adopted by the committee, for which sum the design will become the property of tbe committee. The architect may be required to furnish all the working drawings, &c.; and he must be prepared to superintend the construction of the build ng on the usual terms. .
