PARKINSON is instructed to postpone the sale of Mr. Rowley's rams to MONDAY, the 15th MARCH, 1859. After which he will submit to auction All'that well knoTvn and most valuable run, situated on the Waimakariri, as now occupied by Mr. Rowley. The improvements consist of good dwelling house, woolshed, yards, huts, &c. The run, consisting of 15,000 acres, is too well known to need comment, being within eighteen miles of Christchurch, and possessing peculiar advantages for a wether run. v , Also, from -700 to 800 wethers, from 4 to 6 tooth, will be sdld with the run.
