B. Bray, Esq., T. Cass, Esq., R. J. S. Havman, Esq., H. Whitcombe, Esq., J. Wylde, Esq., E. Dobson, Esq., the Provincial Engineer, -' r '.' and ... J. Ollivier, Esq, the Provincial Secretary, to be a commission for the purpose of reporting on railway communication throughout the Province, in accordance with the terms of the resolutions referred to.
