"T7UVE ACRES of LAND, near to X- the English Church Reserve on Selwyn-street, Lincoln Road, have been set apart for use as a PUBLIC BURIAL GROUND, and are now available for interments. - ■-,• '. ' ■'' *' ' ' ' ' Allotments, in accordance with a plan of the cemetery,'now in the hands of the minister of St. Andrew's church, can be secured at the rate of ss. per-square yard from this date up to the 31st of December, 1859, after which the price will be increased. The ground is, and will continue to be, open to persons of any religious community, and to the performance of any religious service at the burial, not contrary to public decency and good order. Persons holding ground in perpetuity shall pay not more than ,10s. for each interment at a depth of 5 feet. When ground is not secured in perpetuity, each interment shall be charged not more than 20s. for a depth of 5 feet. A fee of ss. shall be charged for the erection of memorials of any kind ; the same to be submitted to the approval of the Minister of St. Andrew's Church. The ground has been marked off in compartments of 9ffc. by 3ft. One or more compartments may be obtained on application to the Rev.
