AH persons desirous of obtaining assisted oassages to the Province of Canterbury in ves>.tih under contract with the Provincial Government, may receive assistance as follows;----1. Persons therefore w^hing to give their friend* in England !?;e utmost amount of assistance must give bills for iwo-lhirdrt of the whole amount of the passage money. 6.
