LYTTELTON PROPERTY FOR SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION. MESSRS. F. NOBLE CAMPBELL & Co. have been instructed by the Rev. B. W. Dudley to sell by public auction, On THURSDAY, the 30th instant, The following valuable PROPERTIES:— 1. The LEASE for the HOUSE known as HIGHLANDS COTTAGE, with three-quar-ters of an acre of land. The lease has now upwards of 20 years to run. The lease not yet having been executed, the College authorities will give it direct to the purchaser, who may obtain it immediately. . The House contains seven good rooms, and is perfectly watertight. The grounds are laid out with great taste, and abound in cherry, apple, plum, peach, ond various other fruit trees j besides this, being perhaps the pleasantest spot in Lyttelton. 2. TOWN SECTIONS 119 and 120 m Dublin-street, next to Mr. Ballard's house, with bank and rail fence, also a quick hedge ; these sections are fenced, and will be sold in one block. There has been a great deal of money spent in improving them; they are fully planted with fruit and forest trees. There is an ornamental bridge across the gully. The auctioneers are informed that it is one of the best pieces of garden ground in Lyttelton. 3. 1 QUARTER-ACRE in the Hawkhurst Road.
