" ' ' "Allotments, in accordance with a plan of the cemetery,'now in the hands of the'minister of "St. Andrew's church, can be secured at the rate of ss. per square yard from; this date up to the 31st of December, 1859, after which the price will ha increased. The ground is, and will continue to he, open to persons of any religious community, and to the performance of any religious service at the burial, not contrary to public decency and good order. Persons holding ground in perpetuity shall pay not more than 10s. .for each interment at a depth of 5 feet. , When,ground.is not secured in perpetuity, each interment shall be charged not more than 20s. for a depth of 5 feet. A fee of ss. shall be charged for the erection of memorials of any kind ; the same to be submitted to tbe approval of the Minister of St. Andrew's Church. The ground has been marked off in compartments of 9ft. by 3ft. One or more compartments may be obtained on application to the Rev. CHARLES FRAZER, Ox ford-terrace West, or to the sexton, Mr. TAYLOR, Lower Lincoln-road. The ground is vested in the names of the undersigned as trustees, in accordance with the foregoing conditions.
