TO SUBSCRIBERS. _ In consequence of the alteration in the local Postage Rates just announced, to commence from the Ist of January, 1859, the increased SCALE OF SUBSCRIPTION TO THE ' LyTTELTON TIMES ' FOR COUNTRY SUBSCRIBERS HAS BEEN abandoned, and tlie original scale will be adhered to in all cases.
