WYLDE has received instructions to Sell by Public Auction, at an early date, —-10 Acres of LAND, in quarter acre sections, suitable for building purposes, being that portion of Messrs. Blakiston's grass paddocks adjoining the town of Kaiapoi. The above land is about to be thrown open for sale in consequence of the urgent want felt for eligible building sites at the east-end.of the town, most of,'£h'e Land in that locality being unavailable, owing to its being trust property.
