(By telegraph to Sydney.) The Royal Malcolm arrived at Melbourne, Nov. 11th, from Madras, bringing news to 7th September. The news upon tho whole is good, bat not striking. Several small victories over the rebels had been achieved near Gorruckpore and -Gwaliur. At the latter place 5000 rebels assembled. At Scinde there were rumours of disturbances with rural police and Beloock Battalion, but a later telegram reports everything quiet and ill-feeling ceased.
