To advance to its members the means of purchasing property, they repaying the sums borrowed, with interest, by small monthly instalments. 2nd. To afford to those of its members who do not wish to purchase property a safe and remunerative investment for their capital, they allowing their monthly payments to accumulate on the principle of compound interest until the close of the Society. The objects of this Society will be' carried out by means of monthly payments by the Shareholders of Ten Shillings per share, and Sixpence per Share extra for current expenses, until the value of each unrealized share shall reach the sum of One Hundred Pounds, when the Society shall be dissolved.
