LONGDBN has received instructions to sell by Auction, at the Golden Fleece Hotel, Chri'stchurch, on MONDAY, 29th NOVEMBER, the following vory valuable properties, viz. :— Town Section No. 271, situated in Cranmer Square and Kilmore Street, with the house and improvements thereon, all as now let to a respectable tenant at £20 per annum. Town Section No. 311, situated in Chester Street. . Six business sites, being portions of Section No. 313, fronting on Durham Street and Chester Street. . Also, The lease of Section No. 844, situated at the corner of Cashel and Colombo Streets, with the houses and improvements thereupon, yielding an annual rental of ninety pounds.
