For sales by public auction and private contract of every description of merchandise and effects, wool, grain, and all kinds of produce. 2nd. As a public store for produce waiting sale or shipment to port. 3rd. A merchant's room will be provided with desks and writing materials, on payment of a small annual subscription. 4th. Lists will be kept of land and other property for sale, houses to let, &c. ■ During the progress, and. until the completion of the building, Sales by Auction will be i undertaken of till property not requiring stowage.
