THOMSON has received instructions from A. G. Perceval, Esq., to sell by Public Auction on an early day, of which due notice will be given,— 1. The good-will ofthe well-known run of Easdale Nook, '* situated about 40 miles from Christchurch, on the south bank of the Waimakariri, together with the freehold section of 50 acres on the same, and the substantially built dwelling house of 7 apartments, with other improvements. 2. 50 head, more or less, of well bred cattle, including a remarkably fine short-horn bull, and several thoroughly broken milch cows. 3.
