The Freehold and Inheritance of and in all the plot of Land, part of Town Section No. 21, having a frontage upon London Street of twenty-nine feet, and running back in a rectangular block fifty-five feet; together with the Messuage or Dwelling-house thereon, and the Outbuildings thereto belonging, as now in the occupation of Mrs. Twining. LOT 2. i The Freehold and Inheritance of'and in all that plot of Land, also part of Town Section No. 21, having a frontage to London Street aforesaid of twenty-five feet, and running back in a' rectangularblock' fifty -five feet; together with the Messuage or Dwelling-house thereon, and the Outbuildings thereto belonging, as now in the occupation of Dr. McChcane.
