Perceval, Esq., to sell by Public Auction on an early day, of which due notice will be given,— 1. The good-will of the well-known run of Easiale Nook, situated about 40 miles from Christchurch, on the south' bank of the Waimakariri, together with the free- i hold section of 50 acres oh the same, and the substantially built dwelling house of 7 apartments, with other improvements. , 2. 50 head, more or less, of well bred cattle, including a remarkably fineshort-horn bull, and several thoroughly broken milch cows. 3. About 1,800 sheep, of which about 1,300 are breeding ewes, and 30 rams from one of the best flocks in the province. 4. About 500 weaned lambs—mixed sexes. The above run is well-known as one of the best-in Canterbury. It is well bounded and subdivided, —there is abundance of coal and timber for every purpose, and the run is out of the line of any thoroughfare. There is a good paddock laid down in English grass, and an excellent garden in full bearing.
