The Late Lieutenant G. D. Willoughbt —It gives us much gratification to state that the Court of Directors of the East India Company in consideration of the circumstances under which the noble Lieutenant G. D. Willoughby of the Bengal Artillery, met his death at Delhi' have resolved, as a mark of the estimation in which they hold the gallant and self-sacrificing conduct of that officer, to grant to his mother Mrs. Harriet Willoughby, formerly of this city' an annuity of .£l5O, commencing with the date ot her son's decease.— Bath Chronicle.
