Perceval, Esq., to sell by Public Auction on an early day, of which due notice will be given,— 1. The good-will of the well-known run of Easdale Nook, situated about 40 miles from Christchurch, on the south bank of the Waimakariri; together with the freehold section' of 50 acres on the same, and the substantially built dwelling house of 7 apartments, with other improvements. 2. 50 head, more or less, of well bred cattle, including a remarkably fine short-horn bull, and several thoroughly broken milch cows. 3.
