SERVIA.
The arrival of the Ottoman commissioner in .Sarvia appears to have produced a complete -change.m.the s.tualion of that Principality. ■Ihe leaders, of the Opposition, fearing thejihdi cation'of'tlie Prince would open the way to power ior Prince Milpseh, eagerly effected a reconcile -tion with Prince Alexander. This Prince, in his *urn, bsingpressed by circumstances, has made ■«.». the. concessions which had-been demanded >of...him. The dismissed senators resume their
sents in the Senate, the father-in-law of the Prince quits the presidential chair, and the Senate has elected a new Ministry from among its body. The leaders above mentioned have published a proclamation calling for a general reconciliation.
The new Servian Ministry is thus constituted: —Interior, M. Garaehanin"; Justice, M. Zernobaraz; Finance, M. Velkovic; and President of the Senate, M. Vucic. This last is personally opposed to Prince Alexander, and his nomination proves that the Prince is obliged to accept the will of the Senate.
