AIKMAN, FREDERICK LeCREN. June 22,1858. SALE OF TOWN SECTIONS, IN CHRISTCHURCH, PROPERTY ON THE AVON, &c. MR. LONGDEN will sell by Auction on an early day in JULY, at the Golden Fleece, Hotel, Christchurch, the following very valuable property in the Town of Christchurch, viz.,— Sections No. 563 and 564, with three long frontages in Manchester Street, Armagh Street, and the river respectively, and situated in the direct line from the Bricks Wharf to the Town. Sections No. 178 and 180, with the cottage and improvements thereon, being the corner sections of Colombo Street, immediately over the new bridge, now being erected in the Market Place; the cottage now let at £45 per annum. Also, (If not previously disposed of by private contract), 5 acres rural land, with excellent residence and improvements thereon, situate on the banks of the river Avon, about three miles from Christchurch, being the property, and in the occupation of C. Also, Four quarter-acre sections fronting on Cashel and Lichfield streets, adjoining Mr. Wilson's Nursery. Terms Liberal. SALE BY AUCTION OF BUILDING ALLOTMENTS IN CHRISTCHURCH. MR. THOMSON has received instructions to offer by Public Auction at his Rooms on THURSDAY, 24th JUNE, 1858, immediately after the sale of sheep and cattle stations, 20 Quarter-acre SECTIONS OF LAND, delightfully situated, having frontages to Worcester and Gloucester-streets. The Sections will be offered separately, at an upset price of £50 each. The Auctioneer begs to draw attention to this, as a desirable opportunity for purchasers, either as an investment or for building purposes. A plan of the section can be seen, and further particulars obtained at the office of the Auctioneer, Christchurch.
