IN addition to the property previously advertised for sale at Kaiapoi, on "MONDAY, the 28th INST., Mr. Wylde will *offer for sale THE LION HOTEL AT RANGIORA, .with five acres of land, stables, stockyard, etc., subject to a short lease to the present tenant. 'The value of this property is too well kuown to require comment. Also, 34 acres of land, fronting on the direct Kaia--poi and Rangiora Road, with about 3 acres of >bush standing thereon. SALE OF SHEEP STATIONS, EWES, SAXONY RAMS, &c MR. THOMSON has received instructions from the Executors of the late CHARLES CHURCH HASLEWOOD, Esq., to offer for Public Sale at the Auction Mart, -Christchurch, on THURSDAY, 24th JUNE NEXT, the following SHEEP RUNS, STOCK, Sec, belonging to the estate. Lot 1. The Goodwill of a Sheep run of 13,000 acres, known as the Coringa station, on the Waimakariri, about 6 miles from Christchurch, with the improvements thereon, consisting of Dwelling House, Huts, Stockyards, Hurdles, Dipping Trough, &c J From the well-known fattening qualities of 'the run, and its proximity to Christchurch, it •is particularly adapted for a wether station. Parties engaged in bringing stock for sale from <the other provinces will also find this station worthy of their special attention, as its possession will not only afford a convenient central point for delivery, but will further give peculiar facilities for taking advantage of any fluctuations in market prices. By far the larger portion of the run is totally unfit for agricultural purposes, so that the holder need be under no apprehension of its being purchased over him.
