VALUABLE DAIRY FARM, DWELLING-HOUSE, STOCKYARD, STONE DAIRY, PASTURAGE LAND, AND LIFE POLICY. - (By Order of the Mortgagee.) All those Two Freehold Sections of Rural Land adjoining each other, being Nos. 129 and 265, situate in Charteris Bay opposite the town of Lyttelton, and containing together 100 acres of land of statute measure or thereabouts, together with the Messuage or Dwelling-bouse, standing and being on Section 265, and the Stockyard, Stone Dairy, Outbuildings, and premises, upon Section 129; together also with the Pasturage Land Of 420 acres thereto adjoining and belonging, with pre-emptive right over the same, all late in the occupation of Dr. Moore, as owner thereof. The above Land, Dwelling-house, and Premises are in good - condition, commanding an uninterrupted view of the town and port of Lyttelton, and Well-known for the last six or seven years as Barton Farm.

Possession of the above property may be bad immediately after the close of" the sale, and if •required, one-half of the purchase money may remain on security of the property. LOT 2. All that Policy of Assurance bearing date the 7th day of November, 1853, under the hands of three of the Directors of the Liverpool and London Fire and Life Assurance Company, No. 6, Lyttelton, for assuring to Dr. Moore, otherwise Thomas Richard Moore, bis executors, administrators, or assigns, the suiiu oi _2,000, upon his death, whenever the same may happen, subject to the annual payment during the life of the said Thomas Richard Moore, on the 7th. day of November in each year, of the sum of £63 Bs. 4d.
