The bush is stocked with large trees suited for sawing purposes, consisting of black and white pine, manuka, totara, and several varieties of hard wood. There is a long frontage on the sea at high water mark, and admirable conviences for shipping. The timber to be cleared in seven years, or a. further term will be allowed on payment of a moderate rental. A portion of the purchase money to be paid , c*down. 20 per cent of the remainder at the end of the Ist year. 40 per cent of the remainder at the end of 2nd year. 40 per cent of the remainder at the end of the 3rd year, bearing interest at the usual rate.
